Bug Summary:

Vision banners fail to load properly after the first attempt to create a vision following a cold start of the application.

Steps to Reproduce or Link Jam.Dev

1. Launch vision board on a cold start.
2. Click on create → fill out the vision form
3. Observe how the banner does not save/load.

Expected Results:

Vision banners should load and display correctly after the vision is created.

Actual Results:

• Vision banners do not load after the first attempt.
• Users may see a blank space
